Retail24 is a Nordic sales services group supporting leading FMCG, electronics and telecom brands across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. As a service company our direct footprint is limited — but our responsibility to our people, our partners and the environments we work in is not.
Our work is guided by a CSR & Sustainability Policy approved by the Board of Retail24 Holding AS, built around four areas: environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. We are early in this journey and would rather under-claim and over-deliver.
Our policy & governance
Accountability for our sustainability work rests with the Board of Retail24 Holding AS, with day-to-day delivery led by our Head of Sustainability and a cross-functional CSR Committee drawn from HR, Operations, Legal/Compliance, Procurement and Finance. The policy is reviewed annually.
Our four focus areas
Environment
Measuring and reducing our footprint, field travel, office energy, IT equipment and materials.
Labour & human rights
A safe, healthy, fair and inclusive employer for our people and the workers engaged through our partners.
Ethics
Zero tolerance for corruption, bribery and fraud, with confidential whistleblowing and strong data protection.
Sustainable procurement
A Supplier Code of Conduct and risk-based ESG and integrity due diligence across our suppliers and partners.
Frameworks we follow
UN Global Compact.
Ten Principles
UN Sustainable Development Goals
OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises
ILO core conventions
Norwegian Transparency Act
We support the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals. These four are most relevant to our work
Transparency & reporting
In line with the Norwegian Transparency Act (åpenhetsloven), we conduct risk-based human-rights and decent-work due diligence across our operations and supply chain, and publish an annual account. We will report our progress with reference to the GRI Standards.
